Nutrition for older adults that supports health, strength and independence
One-on-one, personalised nutrition advice for people aged 65+ in Auckland
Whether you’ve been diagnosed with a new health condition, lost weight without meaning to, or simply want to age well with confidence, my customised nutrition plans for elderly adults are designed to help you feel better, eat better, and live well.
Because nutrition that worked at 40 doesn’t work the same at 70
Your body, your appetite, your energy—it’s all changed as you age. That’s why I offer clear, supportive guidance shaped around you - your age, your health, your goals, and how you actually live day to day.
It’s normal for appetite and nutrition needs to change with age

Many older adults face nutrition challenges that catch them off guard:
Unintentional weight loss or poor appetite.
Chronic diseases such as swallowing disorders, Parkinson's, dementia, COPD
A diagnosis like Type 2 diabetes or high cholesterol.
Tiredness, constipation, diarrhoea or reduced mobility.
Confusion about what’s “healthy” now.
Anxiety about becoming dependent or needing more care.
Maybe you’ve looked online or asked your GP for advice, but it didn’t feel specific enough to your situation.
It can be hard to know what’s actually right for your age, your health, and your lifestyle.
You're left wondering, “Is this just part of getting older, or is there something I can do?”
You might be looking after your elderly parent, whānau or friend and have noticed they’re not eating well, or getting confused about what they should be eating.
There is something you can do. And you don’t have to figure it out alone.

Nutrition support for older adults that’s tailored to your body, your goals, and your life.
I offer one-on-one nutrition counselling for seniors and their families who want personalised advice, not one-size-fits-all plans.
With over 10 years of experience working with people aged 65 and over, I understand how ageing affects appetite, digestion, health conditions, and quality of life.
Together we’ll plan a way forward that:
Focuses on the foods you enjoy and the health goals you care about.
Helps you manage or improve chronic conditions like diabetes or cholesterol.
Supports healthy weight gain, loss, or maintenance.
Gives you energy, clarity and confidence in your eating.
Fits your day-to-day life - whether you cook for yourself or need simple solutions.

I’ve been helping older adults improve their health through nutrition for over 10 years.
I specialise in senior dietary advice because I believe everyone deserves support that’s designed for their stage of life—not a generic solution meant for someone younger, busier, or dealing with totally different issues.
I work with individuals, families and care homes across Auckland to provide practical, evidence-based advice.
Whether you’re managing a chronic condition or just want to age well, I’m here to help you feel more like yourself again.

Any Questions?
Who is this for?
This service is for anyone aged 65 and over who wants to improve their nutrition, manage a health condition, regain weight, or prevent decline. It’s also helpful for family members who want expert advice for supporting a loved one.
What does a consultation include?
You’ll get a full 60-minute assessment, a tailored plan, and optional follow-ups. We can work together as much or as little as you need.
Do you only work with people who are frail or unwell?
Not at all. Many of my clients are fit and independent—they just want to age well or stay on top of their health.
Can I do this from home?
Yes. I offer telehealth as well as in-person consultations in Auckland.
What's the first step?
Start with a free 15-minute chat. We’ll talk about what’s going on and see if working together makes sense.
Get the right information around food at the right time
You don’t have to wait until things get worse. With the right support, eating well in later life can be simple, enjoyable, and life-changing.
